Q. What types of mail boxes can be cleaned
A. Our cleaners currently Work on POP3 email accounts only.
IMAP and other types will not permit the remote access needed
for the deletion process. Secure accounts will also not
allow remote script access. Hotmail, AOL, Attbi, and
free Yahoo accounts will not work. (paid Yahoo with remote
download feature will) Virtually any domain based private
email accounts will work fine and the majority of ISP
email (other than AOL).
Q. Will the cleaner still work if my PC is switched off?
A. Yes, The the cleaner is web based so you do not need to be connected for it to work.
Q. How do I know if the cleaners are working?
A. There is an option inside the members area where you can
see the results of the last clean carried out on all your mailboxes.
Q. How does MBC know if the cleaners are working?
A. We have automated reporting of the results of each cleaning cycle. We use these reports to enable us to tune the cleaners so that they are working efficiently and smoothly
and to help us spot potential problems before they happen.
Q. Do I have to log in to run the cleaners?
A. Only for those mailboxes that you have selected the manual option ("autoclean No"). Those set to "autoclean Yes" will
run without you needing to log in. However it is recommended that you do log in and check at regular intervals
Q. How many mailboxes can I clean?
A. Depending on your needs we offer 4 packages, which are 5, 10, 15, and 20 cleaners.
Q. Can I upgrade if I need to?
A. Yes there is an upgrade option in your members area.
Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
A. At this time We accept PayPal.
Q. Can I pay monthly?
A. Yes, we only work on a monthly payment basis at this time.
Q. Is tax included with my monthly or yearly plan?
A. Yes, tax is included within the price.
Q. How long does it take to activate my account?
A. Your account will normally be activated within 24 hours of your payment being cleared. Please note that if you use the echeck option in paypal clearance of payment can take 2 or 3 days
Q. Are there any hidden costs, or setup fees?
A. No

Q. Why are my stats in my members area showing I
am allowed 0 cleaners?
A. We set all members to 0 Until the first payment has been
cleared.
Q. Why can I not access the mailbox cleaning area?
A. Have you verified your contact email address?
Please read your welcome e-mail and use the link in
there to verify your account.
Q. I did not receive a welcome email!
A. If you have mail filters or use a mailbox that requires
the sender to confirm they are a real person then you
must add our domain lowcost-webspace.com into your
allowed contacts filter or change your contact email
address in your profile.
Q. I can not access my members area /
I have lost my password
A. Please use the "resend user info" button located in the
log in box area. If that does not work contact us to get
the situation resolved.

Q. Why do you need my paypal email address
A. There are two reasons for this.
- The primary reason is to assist us in handling your payments in a speedy and timely manner.
- The second reason is that if we should have any planned or unplanned server down time we need to let you know so that you can keep an eye on your mailboxes during this down time. As email is somewhat unreliable we will at such times email you at both your contact and your paypal email address.
- Please note under normal circumstances we will only use your contact address
Q. Am I going to be flooded with emails from you?
A. NO. We do not like it when a program or service owner
floods us with offers for everything under the sun, and
we do not intend to do it to our clients. We will send
possibly one or two emails a month to keep you up-to-date
on what we are doing with our services.
We are not MLM oriented and therefore will not be asking
you to join something new under us every 5 minutes,
as some owners do.
Q. How often are mail boxes cleaned?
A. The cleaners run automatically at regular intervals
through out the 24 hour period of the day to ensure
that even the heaviest
used mailbox should remain cleaned.
If you find insufficient mail is being removed, please
advise us and we will do our best to ensure that it is
kept clean!

Billing
Q. How do I make a payment?
A. All online payments are recurring. Your payment will
automatically be deducted.
Q. How do I stop billing?
A. If you wish to close your account simply log in to
your account and go to edit profile. You will see
there an option to delete your account. Once you
have done that log into your paypal account and
cancel your subscription to us.
